Meet The Team - Lauren Bird
For the month of May we wanted to share with you all about our team here at Rianne Pictures. Kick starting us off is our composer Lauren Bird, who has been making music for the films at Rianne Pictures since 2013, after meeting founder Caris Rianne on Tumblr back in 2010. She’s also the master behind our podcast theme tune! Away from Rianne Pictures she’s a singer songwriter. Here she tells us a little bit about herself, her love for Rachel Bloom and her favourite self care.
Who would you most like to invite to dinner (dead or alive) and why?
The Zodiac killer so I can finally figure out who he is. Although actually that might be a bad idea. Lady Gaga.
What is your bucket list travel destination?
So many. Italy, Vietnam, Japan... but it is my dream to road trip across America.

I know the best spot in Dublin for chicken wings. Wing It.

A womxn in film who’s work inspires you and why?
Can I do TV? Rachel Bloom. I think how she has represented mental health is incredible. I often find myself going back to the songs of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. They are genius.
